INSPECTION SYSTEM

Checkweigher

Checkweigher is a precision machine used in production and packaging lines to automatically check the weight of individual products as they pass through a conveyor system. It’s essential for ensuring product compliance, reducing waste, and maintaining quality control.

Cap Closure & Fill Level Inspection

Cap closure and fill level inspection refers to automated quality control processes used on packaging lines—particularly in industries like food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals—to ensure that:

– Containers are properly filled to the correct level.

– Caps or closures are applied correctly and securely.

These inspections help prevent packaging defects that could lead to leaks, contamination, product loss, or consumer dissatisfaction.

Empty Bottle Inspection

Empty bottle inspection is a crucial quality control process used in bottling operations—especially in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries—to ensure that containers are clean, intact, and free from defects or contaminants before they are filled. This step helps protect product integrity and consumer safety.

What It Inspects:

  1. Contamination Detection
    • Dust, dirt, insects, or foreign objects inside the bottle
    • Residual moisture or oil from previous processes
  2. Structural Defects
    • Cracks, holes, or stress fractures
    • Deformed necks, rims, or threads (which could affect filling or capping)
    • Warping from heat or poor molding
  3.  Dimensional Checks
    • Correct shape and size
    • Proper alignment for filling heads
  4. material Defects
    • Bubbles or inclusions in glass
    • Opacity or color defects in PET/plastic bottles

Label Inspection

Label inspection is an automated quality control process used in manufacturing and packaging lines to ensure that product labels are present, correctly applied, and contain the right information. It’s vital in industries like food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods—where labeling errors can result in regulatory issues, product recalls, or brand damage.

What Label Inspection Checks:

a) Presence & Position

Is the label on the product?

Is it applied in the correct position (not skewed, wrinkled, or off-center)?

b) Content Verification

Is the correct label being used for the product?

Is the printed information (e.g., barcode, expiration date, lot number) correct?

c) Readability & Print Quality

Are barcodes and data matrix codes scannable?

Are characters legible and complete?

Is there smudging, fading, or ink defects?

d) Orientation

Is the label rotated or upside-down?

For multi-panel labels: is the front, back, and side layout aligned properly?

e) Tamper Evident Features

Is a safety seal or tamper strip present and intact (where applicable)?
