Equipment features
1) Suitable for unloading empty aluminum bottles/cans/PET/glass cans.
2) The main frame requires a gantry frame type, a square tube welded base, and a carbon steel plate thickness of more than 6mm.
3) The main drive and lifting chain are RS60 double-row high-strength chains.
4) The main drive is a well-known brand with a brake motor reducer.
5) The stacking conveyor line is RS80 single-row high-strength chain, the conveying speed can be variable frequency speed regulation, and the stacking position can store more than 2 stacks of products.
6) The door panels on both sides of the main unloading position are automatically adjusted when entering the stack. The two door panels are carbon steel welded and 2.5T SUS304 is attached to the surface.
7) The can conveyor is a high-strength small-pitch plastic steel module mesh belt, and the body plate is 2.5T SUS304.
8) It is required to automatically suck and release the collection partition when unloading the can, and it is required to have an adjustment clipboard mechanism to unload the cans in one layer to prevent cans from falling.
9) Empty pallets are automatically collected, and the lifting drive is a brake motor reducer, and the lifting movement is smooth.
10) The artificial platform is a carbon steel structure, and the surface is covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plate.
11) The unloading height is 2500mm, which can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
12) The whole machine is controlled by PLC linkage, automatically in place, positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and release of partitions, automatic unloading of cans, and automatic collection of empty pallets. It is required to be simple to operate and able to quickly handle abnormal problems.

Robotic Palletizer
Robotic palletizers are used for automatic transfer, sorting, and palletizing of various boxes after packing and forming. The boxes are automatically transferred into the differential conveyor and arranged through the automatic line of the rotating conveyor device as required.
The automatic box pushing mechanism pushes them into the designated position. At the same time, the pallet is automatically transferred to a specific position through the conveyor line. The sorted boxes are automatically palletized under the operation of the robot to complete the preparation before storage.
The bottle pushing mode of this machine can be selected as continuous action or single cycle action. It has high operational adaptability and is suitable for palletizing of various beverage packaging boxes in the back stage. It adopts control systems such as PLC programmable computer automatic controller, photoelectric switch, travel switch, pneumatic control, etc., with high accuracy of mechanical action and easy operation. The palletizing system uses high-precision robots for operation, which is stable in action, less faulty, and durable.

Palletizer
